Notable Changes From The Previous Year
The new Pacifica rolls into 2024 with minimal changes. The Pinnacle trim received styling updates in the interior, such as a new colour (sepia). Also, all models are now equipped with an emergency vehicle alert system as a standard feature.
Performance Specs
All models run on the same powertrain: a 3.6L Pentastar VVT with a nine-speed automatic transmission. This engine is also equipped with engine stop/start technology, delivering 287 horsepower, a torque capacity of 262 lb-ft, and a maximum towing capacity of 1,633kg. Regarding fuel efficiency, estimates point to 12.4 L/100km in the city and 8.4 L/100km on highways.
Design Elements
All models have a heated leather-wrapped steering wheel equipped with cruise and audio controls and sunscreen glasses. The Limited and Pinnacle trims provide a silent cabin with the Deluxe Insulation Group with acoustic windshield. Driver’s memory seats are standard across the lineup, but the Limited and Pinnacle also have memory settings for radio presets and exterior mirrors. The Pinnacle is the only model equipped with a Stow’n Vac integrated vacuum to help you keep a spotless cabin.
All models have a Chrysler wing grille badge plus a deck lid Pacifica badge. However, only the Limited and Pinnacle have trim-exclusive badges: the Limited has it on the rear deck lid, while the flagship model has it on the front-side door. The Pinnacle is the only model with suede headliners.
Technology and Safety Features
There’s a 10.1-inch touchscreen display and a 7-inch full-colour customizable in-cluster display for everyone. However, while the lower half of the lineup has the Uconnect 5 infotainment system, upper models come with the Uconnect 5 NAV. All trims are compatible with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay.
The Pinnacle comes from the factory with a KeySense programmable key fob. Still, safety features are mostly the same across the lineup, including eight airbags, Sentry Key anti-theft engine immobilizer, adaptive cruise control with stop-and-go, lane departure warning with lane keep assist, and pedestrian automatic braking. Parking assistance is available for the Touring-L and upper models.
